Artists of the Month : Roberto Roena and Su Apollo Sound

Robert Roena Album Now, I can't even begin to tell you how great this next CD is. I'm a big fan of live music, and this is probably one (NOW) one of my favorite live music albums I've ever owned. It was so good in fact that I even gave it to my good friend Daniel from GTSalsa as a gift. This is the magnificent Roberto Roena and Su Apollo Sound (which they call themselves the 8th Wonder of the World - and you if listen to some of their tracks live, you'll see why). Now, as you can see that one of the reasons I don't write full album reviews is because I'm REALLY picky about my album choices (thats why I haven't stumbled upon an album I could recommend to all you guys). This is one is now on the top of my list. I've been listening to this non-stop for 1 whole month (its my test to see whether its good or not).It has all the classic Roena songs except with a LIVE version-twist which makes it great to dance, or just to chill at home listening to some soft salsa while you are cooking. It is just jamming and I think everyone should check it out (5 stars). Because I love this album so much, I'm going to make a podcast about Roberto Roena and put some songs from this album on there so you can get a feel for the taste of his style.
